SCHEDULE OF LIVE EPISODES
SCOPE AND AIM OF EACH SUMMIT SERIES EPISODE
HN's Summit Series aims to provide industry professionals with unique insights on current trends, developments, and best-practice in key areas such as revenue management, distribution, CRM, and the emerging new tech stack for hotels. Each episode brings together key decision-makers and influential thinkers from across the sector, as we continue to drive the conversation forward bringing people together and creating new pathways to interact and connect. Conversations during each episode aim to be highly informational, non-commercial of nature, providing at least 2 valuable audience key takeaways.
Each LIVE episode of HN Summit Series consists of 2 main segments:
Segment 1: PANEL DISCUSSION
Duration: 60 minutes
Scope: an in-depth conversation, discussing the episode's theme and topic
Panelists: moderator + 3 industry experts (sponsor representative, and 2 other domain experts (hoteliers, consultants, ...)
REQUIRED INPUT FROM EPISODE SPONSOR
Deadlines for forms 1, 2 and 3: ASAP... No later than one week after sponsorship confirmation. Form 4 no later than 2 weeks prior to LIVE episode.
Panel prep call: A preparation call will be scheduled no later than one week prior to the episode. The moderator of the episode will reach out to schedule this with you. The prep call participants include all panelists and the episode moderator.
Segment 2: EXECUTIVE INTERVIEW
Duration: 15-20 minutes (aired right after episode panel)
Scope: An in-depth high-level conversation during which a sponsoring executive shares his company's vision and strategy.
Executive: We recommend that the executive participating in the interview is NOT the same person as the sponsor's participant in the prior panel.
Pre-recorded or live: The interview can be pre-recorded OR produced live right after the panel
Interviewer: The sponsor may suggest an interviewer (befriended client, consultant, or business partner)
REQUIRED INPUT FROM EPISODE SPONSOR
Deadline for form 5: ASAP... No later than one week after sponsorship confirmation. Form 6 no later than 2 weeks prior to LIVE episode.
Interview prep call: A preparation call will be scheduled no later than one week prior to the actual interview. The moderator of the episode will reach out to schedule this with you.
Your Summit Series LIVE episode will air on LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, and Hospitality Net.
One week prior to the event, we will email live links to the sponsor's main point of contact.
PRE-EVENT WORLD PANEL VIEWPOINT
Each LIVE episode of HN Summit Series is preceded by a related viewpoint in HN's Revenue Management World Panel - See Revenue Management World Panel.
The sponsor panelist gets automatically invited via email to submit his/her expert view - See sample viewpoint.
Email invitations will be sent approx. 2 weeks prior to each LIVE episode.
PRE-EVENT MARKETING (on HN & social channels)
The permanent link to promote is the episode linked on this page. This is where attendees can register for each episode, and where the episode will broadcast on HN.
Hospitality Net and FunnelTV will be executing a pre-event marketing campaign on all major social channels.
We would love to assist you in promoting your participation on your own channels... here's how:
Once we have received panelist and interviewee names, we will produce a set of banners which we will email to the sponsor's main contact. Sponsor panelists can share the image to promote their Summit Series presence on LinkedIn and social channels. To maximize the effect of the pre-event marketing campaign, make sure to submit panelist info at your earliest convenience.

POST-EVENT MARKETING (on HN & social channels)
WORLD PANEL: The panel and interview segment will be added to the episode's World Panel viewpoint on Hospitality Net (see sample).
SOCIAL: Links to the panel and interview segments will be posted on HN's LinkedIn page (10K followers), Twitter (26K followers). FunnelTV will do the same on LinkedIn (23K followers).
SPONSOR: HN will deliver the panel and interview segments as MP4 video files to the sponsor's main contact. Sponsor has an unlimited license to use the videos for their own marketing purposes.
ATTENDEE LIST: A GDPR compliant list of registered attendees will be delivered one month after the live event. An overall list of registered attendees for all episodes will be delivered at the end of the season.
